A day with 2 of my favorite pups

Before I left for Colorado a few weeks ago I took the time to dognap a couple of my very favorite pups, Charlie & Daisy Loo. I know what you’re thinking, don’t you have enough dogs of your own? Of course the answer is no. Especially when I get to see the smile on their … [Read more…]

NEOESR 20th annual picnic – June 14, 2014

The next stop down Memory Lane was our trip to New England OES Rescue’s 20th annual picnic in Lebanon, Connecticut on June 14th 2014. I had been helping this wonderful organization when they needed help pulling & transporting dogs throughout the southeast since we got our first sheepie in 1994. It was my chance to … [Read more…]

Sheepiepalooza – May 24, 2014

Todays flashback is to the first big sheepdog event we attended in St. Louis on May 24th, 2014. Sheepiepalooza was held every other year and put on by the St. Louis Old English Sheepdog Club. Sparky with Texas OES Rescue!!

Sparky has already endured more abuse in his short life than anyone should ever have to. If you don’t know … [Read more…]

Another birthday party!

Seems like we get invited to lots of sheepdog birthday parties. People say it’s because I bring a bunch of dogs but I think that it is just so I can take the photos. And make the sangria.

Two of my favorites!

I hadn’t got to take a couple of my favorite pups out since Charlie started his chemo treatments 5 months ago. But now that he’s kicked cancers butt it was time for him and Daisy Loo to have some fun and frolic! (And cheeseburgers too but we won’t tell his mom about that.)

Big Chuck’s Big Adventure

We finally thought Big Chuck was old enough to go on his first adventure. Who better than his cousins Fozzie and Bob to round out the crew. Had to work in a stop up to visit their birthplace and they ended the trip with a little bit of lake fun. What could possibly go wrong taking … [Read more…]

Eli & the sheepies!

In celebration of Eli’s second birthday here are a few of his favorite pics growing up with some of his favorite pups. And yes you may notice that Daisy Mae is in an overwhelming number of the pictures and there is a reason for that. She is Daisy Mae.
